Salvatore J. Maceri, Jr., age 57, passed away July 15, 2013. Beloved husband of Mary Anne (nee Serra) for 36 years. Dearest father of Salvatore III (Angela) Maceri, Thomas (Diana) Maceri and Steven Maceri. Loving grandfather of Salvatore IV, Thomas Jr., Gianna and Adriana. Dear brother of Justine (Joe) Croco, Thomas (Fran) Maceri, An (Tom) Vitale and Anthony (Lori) Maceri. Dear son-in-law of Pauline (the late Harry) Serra. Survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Salvatore is the owner of Tom Maceri & Son Produce.

We lost another great man with Sam's passing. A kind, gentle, humorous friend that will be deeply missed. Sam grew a small produce business into a massive enterprise in the few short years he shared with us. We will always remember Sam for his smile and warmth.

Here it is 2 1/2 years later and I still think about Sam. A great guy who just worked his whole life providing for his family....I still recall all of "the good old days" when he, myself and fellow class members John Quasarano, Jeff Janisse, Steve Saylor, Steve Peers, Mike Onofrey (74'), Gary Borden, Matt Bommarito, Al Ellis, Dale Mantay, Greg Bertelson, Foster Peabody, Wally Agustyn (71') and Tom Tincoff had some really great (AND legendary) times!
He was just a first class guy.
